"EPISODE" undertakes to inform users of any modifications as well as of any changes through the website of its online store. "EPISODE" reserves the right to unilaterally renew or modify these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, in accordance with its needs and trading ethics.
Changing terms does not take up orders that are already in progress.

The online store «episode-patra.gr» has the main priority of protecting your personal data as well as your electronic transactions and takes all necessary measures, with the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security. All information related to your personal information and transactions is secure and confidential. The security of the online store «episode-patra.gr» is achieved by the following methods:

ENCRYPTION
The online store «episode-patra.gr» uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is currently the global standard on the internet for the certification of web sites. With this technology, every item you enter on our site is encrypted/encoded before it comes out online, thus protecting personal information during its transfer. Additionally, all information sent with SSL is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether the data has been changed during transport.

CUSTOMER RECOGNITION - PERSONAL SECURITY
Additional personal security is the user name and password you provide when you become a member of «episode-patra.gr». This way every time you use them, they provide you with secure access to your personal information.
When you order and if you are logged in with your username and password in the online store «episode-patra.gr», communication between your computer and our systems is encrypted using a 128bits key. That is, every time you send information to the system, your browser encrypts it first using a 128bits key and then sends it to the system.

"EPISODE" markets women's and men's footwear and accessories and is committed to the completeness and validity of information regarding available products for sale. Information about each product can be obtained by following the search instructions listed on our websites and by clicking on the corresponding product, subject to any typographical errors that have been out of our attention or have occurred without our will or due to website outages for technical or other reasons. However, cases of price and product characteristics errors cannot be ruled out and it cannot be ensured that there will be no website outages or "human" errors in updating the data or indicating the price of a product. For all products contained in the «episode-patra.gr» there are indications of their availability. In any case it should be made clear that the delivery times of your order depend on the availability of the products in our warehouses. In case the product is not available there will be timely notification of its non-availability.

The "episode-patra.gr" web store and all the content of its websites (photos, texts, graphics, services, products, names, images, logos and distinctive marks representing "EPISODE" and its online store), are the intellectual property of the company and are protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law. Any use of the above is therefore prohibited, except where the relevant written permission of "EPISODE" exists.

On the «episode-patra.gr» pages you will find information about the process and steps until your order is completed. You will receive useful tips for identifying and correcting possible errors when posting your order (e.g. about the item, quantity, payment method, etc.).
Upon completion of your order we will send you an e-mail (e-mail letter) with confirmation of receipt of your order, followed by a subsequent e-mail, informing you of the shipment of your order. Through your account you can also view and print a receipt of your order.

For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the e-mail address "info@episode-patra.gr" informing us of the reason for return or replacement and by filling in a contact number. Conditions for return :
1. the product must not have been used
2. the refund must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied necessarily with the original proof of purchase (Retail Proof, Invoice, Shipment Bulletin-Invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product
To get the products in good condition you need to pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:

1. WRONG PRODUCT SHIPMENT
   In those cases where it has been proven for "EPISODE" to be responsible for having you delivered products in a different design or size than that of the order you can return the products. The return of the product is free from all over Greece.
2. MANUFACTURING PRODUCT DEFECT
   In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The return of the product is free from all over Greece, always after consultation with the customer service department 2610-274235 (Shop Hours).
3. PRODUCT CHANGE
   In cases where you wish to change the product you purchased you must enter in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and will contact you our partner. Alternatively you can contact customer service directly at 2610-274235. In case the product is defective or does not fit your foot, you can return it within 14 days (for once per order), always in consultation with the customer service department 2610-274235 (Shop Hours) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate. In case the product does not fit your foot you will be charged the transport costs charged at the time of your order. For orders over 50€ in Greece, the return charge is 2€, while for orders under 30€ the return charge is 5€.
4. WITHDRAWAL
   You have the right to return the product you purchased by exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request the refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the proof of purchase. The return of the product must be made with any courier you wish and the cost of the return is borne by the customer. A refund is made for the purchase of the product made by cash (delivery), credit card or PayPal. The process of refunding your money will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products purchased from the online store "episode-patra.gr" can be changed or returned to one of the physical stores of the company, always in consultation with the customer service department 2610-274235 (Shop Hours).

For any cancellation of an order before shipping and delivery to a courier you must contact us by phone at 2610-274235 indicating your Order Number.

1. CREDIT - DEBITS - PREPAID CARDS
   Ability to pay via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards through the e-Commerce Unit Bank platform. The use of your credit card for your purchases in the online store "episode-patra.gr" is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions. Once you have completed all the information required to register the order you will be automatically taken to the secure site of the partner bank (NATIONAL BANK) where you will be able to fill in your credit card details directly. To pay by credit card, you will need to fill in the relevant form the exact name of the cardholder, the number and expiration date of your credit card, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card. Checking and payment is made immediately, as long as you are connected to the partner bank (ALPHA BANK). In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card used for the transaction.
2. PAY ON DELIVERY
   The customer pays by delivery of the order at his place, the employee of the courier company, who acts at the behest of the "episode-patra.gr". There is no extra charge on delivery.
3. DEPOSIT IN BANK ACCOUNT
   Discount your order to one of the following bank accounts and send us the copy of the bank payment order by mail to info@episode-patra.gr. Upon receipt of the copy, we send you your order.

For orders in Greece there will be a shipping charge of 3 €. For orders over 50 € the shipping is free.

Within Patras – Free Same Day Delivery

The products you ordered are sent to the address you have given us, through the courier company "ACS". EPISODE reserves the right to use another courier company.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Within 3 to 4 working days for Mainland Greece, Crete and islands (we are always mentioned for delivery to the Capitals of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), as long as the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply in times of bad weather, strikes and in any case force majeure that may affect delivery times.
If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified in good time by the order department of the estimated delivery time.

"EPISODE" and the online store "episode-patra.gr" allows its users to choose their periodic or case-by-case information about the new products available on the market and any other offers, payment arrangements, etc., by sending promotional – informational messages to their e-mail address.
The "episode-patra.gr" will not misuse the above service. In case you wish to no longer receive newsletters or wish to unsubscribe altogether from the EPISODE news delivery system, you can inform us using the contact form of the online store.
